The Management team consists of:

Robert Gray – Chairman

Robert started the group with his wife, Cherry in 2002. This year, he has finally allowed himself to take a step back from a day-to-day active role in the company, but is still very much involved in the overall management. It is important to him that the Group keep the ethos that he and Cherry have instilled in all the homes.

Stephen Crisp – General Manager

Stephen Crisp joins us from Lincombe Manor and brings with him a wealth of clinical, personnel, management and marketing experience. As well as being the Manager of Mount Olivet Nursing Home, he is also the General Manager for the group and represents the homes as such.

Ann Jordan – Manager at Kingsmount

Ann joined Grayareas Ltd as a young Care Assistant at Mount Olivet in 2002. Demonstrating a keen interest and passion for the care sector she was soon promoted to the position of Senior Carer at Kingsmount Residential Home. The company supported Ann in her National Vocational training, through which she achieved qualifications in Health and Social Care and after a few years she was promoted again to the position of Head of Care.

With a huge amount of hard work and commitment Ann is now the Registered Care Manager at Kingsmount and her knowledge of Dementia Care and her invaluable skill set have undoubtedly shaped the specialist services provided by Devon Care. Ann is an incredibly hands on member of her team and keeps herself up to date with any changes within the care sector.

Outside of work she is happy to look after her own family - her 2 married children and 3 wonderful grandchildren.“I love my work but I do enjoy spending time with my family. I feel I am truly privileged to be doing a job that I have a true passion for.”

The home is owned by and operates as a division of a management company which is the "Registered Provider", GrayAreas Limited, registered in England No. 04427026 whose head office and registered address is Mount Olivet Nursing Home, 2 Great Headland Road, Paignton TQ3 2DY.
